Bundle Village — what to take to Kyle's OEP kickoff

13–14 October, ~80 life-and-health agents, half of them outside Kyle's team, carrier sponsors in the room. The swag carries Bundle Village, never NextLevel — same rule as the rest of the talk.

What I would take

30 oz TiTUS tumbler take it

An agent working leads has a drink on the desk all day. This is the only item on the list that sits in their field of view during the exact activity your talk is about. Double-wall stainless feels substantial in the hand, which matters: the talk's third job is credibility by demonstration, and a heavy, well-made object argues for you before anyone reads the logo. It also engraves well — laser on steel holds the thin house lines that would clog in embroidery.

Port Authority crossbody skip

$13.40, and it is a small 8.5 × 6.5 in bag — a niche shape most of the room will not carry. Conference bags are the most-abandoned swag category there is. Two more strikes: River Blue Navy is off-brand against Bundle Village forest, and the three-house mark embroidered at bag scale will fill in and lose the windows. If you want a premium item for Kyle's inner circle or the carrier sponsors, this could be a small second tier — but not the room-wide giveaway.

Mobile charging set skip — this is the one to cut

You asked what I thought, and the spec answers it: the power bank is 1900mAh. A current iPhone or Galaxy is 4,000–5,000mAh, so this gives roughly a third of a charge before it dies. The kit also includes a stylus pen, which dates the SKU to about 2014. Handing 80 agents a battery that runs out before their phone is full is an argument against you, made in their pocket, every time they use it. Charging accessories are also the single most commoditised promo category — nobody remembers who gave them a cable. Cut it and put the money into the tumbler.

Budget

ImprintID does not show tumbler pricing without an account, so plug in the real number and this is the math. Comparable 30 oz double-wall tumblers run roughly $14–20 decorated at 100 units.

ScenarioPer unit×80
Tumbler only — everyone in the room$16$1,280
Tumbler only$20$1,600
All three items$16 + $13.40 + charging set$2,400+

One good object beats three forgettable ones, especially in a room where half the audience is outside Kyle's team and carrier sponsors are watching. Spreading the same money across three items makes all three feel cheap; concentrating it makes one feel like a gift.

Tumbler — the one I would take

Forest is the closest stock colour to Bundle Village green. Laser engraving on stainless holds the fine house lines; this is the one item on the list where the detailed mark survives decoration.

Mark alone

If the shop wants a single-colour engrave with no type, the three-house mark carries on its own. It is the strongest part of the identity.

UseCutWhy
Tumbler, engravedStacked lockupThe tumbler face is tall and narrow. Stacked fills it; horizontal leaves dead space and forces the type small.
Tumbler, alternateMark aloneCleanest at a distance. Use if you want the object to feel like a product, not an ad.
Anything embroideredMark alone, simplifiedThe window mullions and the thin roof strokes are the problem — same trap as the Rios badge. If you go the bag route the mark needs a thicker-line cut first.
